Of Counsel Kathleen Smalley appeared on a panel discussion about the legacy of Justice Sandra Day O’Connor at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Institute & Foundation’s event, “A Bridge Builder and Trailblazer: Celebrating Justice Sandra Day O’Connor,” on September 25, 2019 in Washington, D.C.
Smalley, a former clerk to Justice O’Connor, appeared on a panel focusing on the legacy of Justice O’Connor’s decisions and her post-court work at iCivics. Smalley is a member of the board of iCivics, a non profit founded by Justice O’Connor to engage students in meaningful civic learning.
