Partners Frederick Geilfuss, Lawrence Vernaglia, Nick Welle and Associate Alexandra (Allie) Shalom published an article in Westlaw titled, “Federal Government Publishes an Interim Final Rule (part 1) Implementing the No Surprises Act,” that discusses the final rule that the federal government recently issued to implement the “No Surprises Act.” The rule aims to reduce surprise billing of out-of-network medical costs.
