Partner Jeffrey (Jeff) Kopp was quoted in a Law360 article entitled, “Attys’ Wish List For Upcoming DOL Davis-Bacon Act Reform,” outlining the expected revision from the US Department of Labor on the Davis-Bacon Act, which requires construction contractors to pay prevailing wages on federally funded projects.
