Foley Attorneys Appointed to ABA Leadership Positions

Foley & Lardner LLP is pleased to announce that five of its attorneys have been newly appointed or have retained leadership positions in the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Section of Antitrust Law for the 2022-23 term. The Antitrust Law Section is the leading professional organization for antitrust and competition law, trade regulation, consumer protection, and economics.

  • Elizabeth A. N. Haas, a partner in the firm’s Milwaukee office, will continue to serve as co-chair of Committee Operations for the Antitrust Law Section. She is chair of Foley’s Antitrust Practice Group.

     

  • Kate Gehl, a senior counsel in Foley’s Milwaukee office, will continue to serve as vice-chair of the Intellectual Property Committee for the Antitrust Law Section. She is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Antitrust Practice Groups.

     

  • Eli Evans, an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, was appointed as the Young Lawyer Representative to the Economics Committee. He is a member of Foley’s Antitrust, Securities Enforcement & Litigation, and Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Groups.

     

  • Richard Flannery, an associate in Foley’s Washington, D.C. office, was appointed as the Young Lawyer Representative to the Healthcare & Pharma Committee. He is a member of the firm’s Antitrust Practice Group.

     

  • Ian Hampton, a senior counsel in the firm’s Milwaukee office, was appointed as the Young Lawyer Representative to the Long Range & Strategic Planning Committee. He is a member of Foley’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
