Foley & Lardner LLP Partner Kyle Faget and Associate Jessa Boubker authored a book chapter in “Emerging Practices in Telehealth: Best Practices in a Rapidly Changing Field,” published by Elsevier.

Their chapter on legal considerations covers topics including legal and regulatory compliance in an era of rapid innovation, telehealth and the practice of medicine, remote prescribing of drugs and controlled substances, tort liability, fraud and abuse laws, digital health technology, and various business models for companies in the telehealth industry, among others.
