Neuberger Comments on Planned Strike by Service Workers

02 October 2018 Bloomberg Law News
Of Counsel Mark Neuberger was quoted in a Bloomberg Law article, “Labor Organizers Mobilize Strike with Eye Toward Elections,” about a planned strike by service workers in seven cities for higher wages and the right to unionize.

Neuberger said such a strike isn’t likely to gain much traction. “This is both an economic strike and a political strike, and the objectives are multiple and diffused,” he said. “This is too general and attenuated.”
