Foley proudly announced the promotion of 23 extremely talented attorneys to partner on February 1. Our newest partners span multiple practice groups and offices and bring diverse skillsets and backgrounds to the partnership.

As they begin this next chapter in their careers, we asked what making partner means to each of them, what contributions they hope to make in this new role, what program played a part in their professional success, and what advice they would give to associates.

“Find partners who have a similar style to how you envision yourself as a partner. Learn from them, ask them questions, and most importantly, say ‘yes’ to projects that you may not have experience with or are unsure exactly what they entail.”
