Charles M. Bleiberg is a retired partner with Foley & Lardner. He was a member of the Commercial Transactions & Business Counseling Practice.

Charles was a partner at Friedman, Wang & Bleiberg, P.C. before the firm joined Foley in July 2004.

He previously was a member of the Bureau of the Budget, Office of the Mayor of the City of New York; and a staff member of the New York State Commission on Attica. He also served as special counsel to the New York City Police Commissioner, and the Comptroller of the City of New York.

Charles received his L.L.B. from Yale University (1967) and his B.A. from Columbia University (1964).

He was Peer Review Rated as AV® Preeminent™, the highest performance rating in Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review rating system.

Charles was admitted to the New York Bar; and the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He was a member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
