Wendy Reed Bosworth is a retired partner in the Milwaukee office of Foley & Lardner LLP and was a member of the Estates & Trusts Practice. Her practice focused on estate planning, probate and trust administration. Ms. Bosworth represented individuals and families and provides counsel on estate planning, taxation, and marital property issues.
Prior to joining Foley, Ms. Bosworth was an active board member on a number of community organizations including the United Way, Family Service of Milwaukee and the Silver Spring Neighborhood Center. A cum laude graduate of Marquette University Law School, Ms. Bosworth received her J.D. degree in 1988. Her bachelor's degree (magna cum laude, 1965) was conferred by Smith College, Northampton, Mass., where she majored in economics. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Ms. Bosworth is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Florida Bar, and the Association for Women Lawyers. She is the board chair of the of the Legal Aid Society of Milwaukee and serves on the boards of the Women's Fund of the Greater Milwaukee Foundation, the Visiting Nurse Association and the United Way of Greater Milwaukee.
