Represented Trailer Bridge (Nasdaq: TRBR), a Jacksonville-based trucking and marine freight transportation company that ships goods primarily to and from Puerto Rico, in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The company confirmed its plan of reorganization four months after filing bankruptcy. Under the plan, the holders of $82.5 million in senior notes received 91 percent of the stock of the company and a new $65 million debt instrument. Unsecured creditors received approximately 99 percent of their claim in cash.
