Overview
Amy Moynihan is the director of legal recruiting at Foley & Lardner LLP. She provides oversight and strategic direction for entry level and lateral recruiting activities as well as support for all programs involving attorney orientation, training and development. She works closely with the firm’s attorney Recruiting Committee, Diversity & Inclusion, and Professional Development departments and supervises the firm’s legal recruiting team.
Prior to joining Foley, Amy spent the last 17 years at an international law firm, headquartered in Chicago. She served as the senior manager for attorney recruiting & development - Central (US). During that time she directed attorney recruiting and development functions for five offices, partnered with the recruiting committee to develop annual recruiting goals and strategy for law student hiring, developed programs at target law schools to increase visibility, market the firm and identify talent early, and she also collaborated with firm leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures related to attorney hiring and development.
