Michael (Mike) Rooke practices primarily in the areas of corporate, real estate, financial services, and energy. He handles sophisticated, large-scale business transactions throughout the United States and abroad. Mike has represented entrepreneurs and privately and publicly owned companies whose shares are traded on United States and foreign exchanges. His clients include petrochemical companies, energy and oilfield service companies, commercial real estate investment and development companies, and lending institutions.

Mike has over 45 years of experience advising clients in a wide variety of business transactions, including purchase and sale of assets, mergers and acquisitions, financing arrangements, and structuring of transactions. Mike’s client have included:
