Richard L. Teigen is a retired partner with Foley & Lardner LLP, where he was a member of the Transactional & Securities Practice. Teigen focused his practice on general corporate and securities law with an emphasis in investment company and investment adviser representation, general securities and acquisitions. He represented more than 30 mutual funds headquartered throughout the country and regularly counsels issuers and underwriters in public securities offerings, as well as companies buying and selling businesses.

Teigen is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. He has served on a committee advising the Wisconsin Commissioner of Securities on changes to the Wisconsin Uniform Securities Law to facilitate the ability of entrepreneurs to raise capital in Wisconsin.
