Wesley Choi is an associate in the Transactions Practice group in the firm’s San Francisco office, and is a member of the Innovative Technology, Health Care and Life Sciences sectors. She focuses her practice on advising emerging growth and startup companies, venture capital, private equity and other investors on entity formation, equity financings, buyouts, dispositions and general corporate counseling matters.
Wesley has represented a wide range of emerging growth companies and their investors in venture capital, growth equity and other financings, mergers, acquisitions and other corporate matters.
Wesley has also led various pro bono initiatives in the areas of immigration, election law, as well as nonprofit incorporation and governance.
