Amanda Hibbler is an associate and litigation attorney who represents employers in all aspects of routine and complex labor and employment matters. Amanda has successfully defended clients in a variety of employment disputes, including those related to discrimination, retaliation, harassment, disability and religious accommodations, wage and hour class actions, protected leave, restrictive covenants, and other matters under local, state, and federal employment laws. She has practiced in a broad range of forums, including federal, state, and local agency proceedings, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Illinois Department of Human Rights, and state and federal trial and appellate courts.
