Partner Scott Fredericksen was interviewed in a CBS Evening News segment, “Whistleblower singles out Rudy Giuliani in complaint,” about Rudy Giuliani’s alleged role in the whistleblower’s complaint against President Trump.
Fredericksen, a former independent counsel, said the claims involving Giuliani are unprecedented. “We’ve never in the history of our country that I’m aware of ever seen a personal attorney engage in this kind of foreign diplomacy, especially with respect to these very specific requests,” he said.
