American Health Care Lawyers Association Annual Meeting & In-House Counsel Program

Mr. Blau will be speaking on June 26, 2011 at the In-House Counsel Program on “Co-Management Arrangements in Healthcare on the Rise.” Ms. Waltz will be speaking on June 28, 2011 at the Annual Meeting on “Government Options for Collecting Medicare Overpayments” and Mr. Vernaglia will be speaking on June 29, 2011 at the Annual Meeting on “Connecting the Dots: Comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management.”

The Annual Meeting provides a forum for networking and interaction with colleagues, friends, and family as well as an outstanding educational event. In the program, there will be sessions on transactional issues, reimbursement, tax, privacy and security, antitrust, fraud and abuse enforcement, the proposed ACO rule, labor and employment and more. The In-House Counsel Program is designed to address the unique issues faced by in-house counsel. Breakout sessions will focus on practical, hands-on ways to function in these challenging day-to-day work roles and responsibilities of in-house counsel lawyers.
