Gardere Partner Peter Scaff will be a panelist at the Houston Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce Membership Luncheon on Feb. 19. The panel discussion titled "Catch Me if You Can" will focus on protecting yourself personally and professionally from fraud.
Holding the professional designation of Certified Fraud Examiner, Mr. Scaff routinely assists clients with internal investigations and corporate misdeed issues. He has successfully prosecuted to judgment a number of civil fraud and investment scheme cases, and he frequently works in tandem with the Gardere's White Collar Criminal Defense Practice, handling parallel proceedings.
