Gardere Partner Peter S. Vogel, chair of the Internet, eCommerce and Technology Team, will be speaking at the ALM Virtual LegalTech webinar, "Ethics for Lawyers in a World of the Internet, Social Media and e-Evidence," on Thursday, Sept. 26.
Mr. Vogel will discuss the legal implications of new technologies as they have expanded. He will also highlight specific ethical considerations such as jury selection, judicial rules, attorney client privilege, among others, as well as challenges in electronically stored information collection from third party web-based services.
