Mississippi Telehealth Association Quarterly Meeting

Foley Partner Nathaniel Lacktman, Chair of the Firm’s national Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team, and Partner T.J. Ferrante, will be presenters at the Mississippi Telehealth Association’s (MTHA) Quarterly Meeting, taking place virtually on January 18, 2023. Their presentation is titled “National Telehealth Policy Update”. This session will focus on legislative and policy updates that telehealth companies should be aware of and how they can utilize these updates to navigate the telehealth industry in 2023.

In March of 2014, Governor Phil Bryant led the formation of MTHA in an effort to ensure that Mississippi is on the leading edge of telehealth. The mission of MTHA is to provide a statewide forum for the purposes of developing telehealth related policies and programs designed to improve health care for Mississippians.

The Mississippi Telehealth Quarterly Meeting is a gathering of providers, consumers, businesses and administrators in order to learn more about the utilization of telehealth and telemedicine.
