Partner and Chair of the Patent Office Trials Practice, George Quillin will speak at the Chicago-Kent College of Law’s Supreme Court IP Review (SCIPR). The Supreme Court IP Review is a conference designed to provide intellectual property practitioners, jurists, legal academics and law students with a review of IP cases from the U.S. Supreme Court’s previous Term, a preview of cases on the docket for the upcoming Term, and a discussion of certiorari petitions to watch.
Mr. Quillin will address the implications of Oil States Energy Services, LLC v. Greene’s Energy Group, LLC, in which he served as counsel of record for Greene’s Energy at the cert. stage as well as was one of Greene’s counsel at the merits stage.
