Foley Partner Jeremy Wallison and Senior Counsel Yonaton Aronoff will host a program for the New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel on February 23, 2012, “Traps for the Unwary in LOIs, NDAs and Other Preliminary Agreements — A Litigator’s Perspective.” Through an examination of the sometimes surprising case law in this area, as well as real world examples, the program aims to provide the in-house practitioner practical guidance for understanding and avoiding the traps for the unwary hidden in such agreements.
