Foley Partner Jan Anderson is speaking at the State Bar of Michigan Law School for Legislators Program, March 24, 2009 from 11:15 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. Health Care Law – The Health Care Law Section will provide an overview and lead discussion on provider duties, reimbursement and payment issues, and patient rights. The class will conclude by demonstrating how these three topics interact to affect health care delivery and what the outstanding policy challenges are with regard to the key issues to cost, access and quality.
