Hyde, Vice Chair of Foley’s Labor & Employment Practice and located in our Jacksonville office, has more than 22 years of experience in a variety of employment, workplace safety, and human resources matters. Mr. Hyde received his J.D. with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1988.

Dabney D. Ware, Of Counsel in Foley’s Jacksonville office, has more than 14 years of experience practicing labor and employment law. She earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1996 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996.
Christina M. Kennedy, an Associate in Foley’s Miami office, has more than three years of experience representing employers on a wide variety of issues before state and federal trial courts and administrative agencies. She earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2008 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2008.

John S. (Jack) Lord, Jr., a Partner in our Orlando office, has been certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in labor and employment law. He has more than 17 years of experience representing clients in a variety of commercial and employment litigation cases. He earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 1994 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994.
Julie A. Angelini, an Associate in our Orlando office, has more than three years of experience practicing labor and employment law. She earned her J.D. from The Florida State University College of Law in 2008 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2008.

Alan Seagrave, Of Counsel in our Miami office, has 10 years of experience practicing immigration law. He regularly advises corporate clients on compliance with current immigration regulations and visa requirements. He earned his J.D. from the Shepard Broad Law Center, Nova Southeastern University, in 2001 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001.
