Access to Capital: The Importance of Disclosure Transparency and Procedures for Health Care Borrowers
Together, we will examine the “buy-side” view of why enhanced transparency is important, with an emphasis on disclosure practices of health care borrowers. We also look to provide you with a practical perspective on how certain “deal-team” changes can help enhance disclosure transparency and facilitate better primary disclosure practices.
During this Access to Capital session, we also will explore recent developments in municipal enforcement and rulemaking and suggest options for improving secondary market disclosure, highlight the reasons why investors appreciate market transparency, and discuss when it’s time to revisit disclosure controls and procedures.
