Partner Frank Burke will be speaking at the 2014 ABA Annual Meeting. He will serve as moderator of the program titled, “Strategy and Tactics from the Grand Masters on Presenting Case Themes.”
In this presentation, grand master trial lawyers will demonstrate how they weave case themes into their jury arguments with presentations from actual cases. They will discuss how they develop and test the themes, select appropriate witnesses and demonstratives to support the themes, develop the themes in discovery, and fine tune as trial approaches.
