Partner Edouard LeFevre spoke at the Boston Bar Association’s event titled “Beyond the Boilerplate: Strategic Considerations on Drafting Arbitration Clauses.” This discussion built on the earlier discussion on the enforcement of arbitration clauses in Massachusetts. The panelists discussed how to draft arbitration clauses practically and effectively, discussing multiple considerations and potential disputes that may arise. A special focus was included on the use of arbitration in the international setting.
