Mr. Ming Yang, Senior Climate Change Specialist of Global Environment Facility (GEF) will provide reception participants with a technical briefing titled “Energy Efficiency: First Tool to Mitigate Climate Change in China and the United States.” The technical briefing will be given from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Additionally, he will provide a brief introduction to IFCE programs and plans for 2015 following Ming Yang’s briefing.
