Gardere Partner Peter S. Vogel will co-present "Arbitrating in a Digital World: Fair and Expeditious Management of Electronic Discovery" on Sept. 24-25 in Washington, D.C. The course is specifically designed for arbitrators on how to manage and resolve electronic discovery issues. The program will focus on the latest trends in e-discovery including: search methodologies, privacy, social media, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), cyber security, future rulemaking and ethical considerations.
