'An Ounce of Prevention is Worth a Pound of Cure' – Understanding and Complying with the FCPA

Partner Arcie Jordan participated in the Global Congress on Travel Risk Management in Houston on Oct. 12-13, 2015. In addition to leading three roundtables on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, she served as a facilitator for two sessions during which conference participants dealt with two crisis scenarios.
