'An Ounce of Prevention is Worth a Pound of Cure' – Understanding and Complying with the FCPA
2015 Global Congress on Travel Risk Management
Partner Arcie Jordan participated in the Global Congress on Travel Risk Management in Houston on Oct. 12-13, 2015. In addition to leading three roundtables on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, she served as a facilitator for two sessions during which conference participants dealt with two crisis scenarios.
"I found this event to be a fascinating experience. The educational sessions and roundtables were very informative, and assisting the participants as they worked through the crisis scenarios was instructive and rewarding," said Ms. Jordan. "The crisis scenario segments encompassed dynamic interchanges of information among participants and fellow facilitators which resulted in an enjoyable fast-paced environment filled with useful content and helpful insights. I ended up learning as much from the participants and fellow facilitators as I shared with them! The participants I met were all serious professionals for whom risk management is a priority; the passion of the facilitators was infectious. I look forward to attending next year’s conference."
