Mr. Blumrosen and Mr. Dillard will give the presentation in the cities of Arendal, Bergen, Kristiansand, Oslo and Stavanger.
The presentation will provide a high-level overview of the general contract and legal climate for Norwegian companies entering the U.S. market, including caps, limitations and indemnities in typical operator contractor terms and conditions. Key differences in U.S. employment law and how litigation in the U.S. is unique from disputes in Norway will also be discussed.
