The panelists will discuss the legal and regulatory landscape regarding multi-state telemedicine practices, licensure, practice standards, and fraud & abuse considerations in telehealth contracting. The panelists will also discuss the state of payment policy for telemedicine services under Medicare and state commercial insurance statutes.
