Vishal Chander, an attorney in Gardere’s labor and employment practice group, presented “Immigration in Transition: Being Prepared for Changes and Uncertainties” at the upcoming DFW HR Roundtable.
A number of changes and uncertainties face HR professionals regarding immigration issues. The Obama administration issued rules modernizing, improving and clarifying visa programs, while the Trump administration brings unknowns for the future of immigration policy. In this presentation, Mr. Chander will outline various immigration issues important for HR professionals during this time of transition.
