Foley Senior Counsel Anil Shankar and Foley Associate Claire Marblestone will speak at the Southern California Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Summer Program on July 20, 2017. Their presentation is titled “340B Program Updates.”
The program will cover a whole host of current issues, including the uncertain impact of the Affordable Care Act changes under our new presidential administration, the potential impact of health care reform in 2017, and 340B Program updates.
