New SOAH Discovery Rules
12th Annual Advanced Texas Administrative Law Seminar
Gardere government affairs attorney Andres S. Medrano will speak at the 12th Annual Advanced Texas Administrative Law Seminar at the AT&T Conference Center in Austin, Texas, Aug. 25. His presentation, New SOAH Discovery Rules, will consider, from a practitioner standpoint, how the new SOAH discovery rules may affect your administrative litigation practice.
In addition to his experience in proceedings before Texas regulatory agencies and the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH), Medrano has litigated in district courts across central Texas and before the Court of Appeals. These are often complex, aggressively contested, multi-party cases.
The seminar, which is also available via webcast and provides CLE credit, is presented by The University of Texas School of Law and The Administrative and Public Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. For more information and to register, click here.
