HCCA Boston Regional Conference

Foley Partner Larry Vernaglia, chair of the firm’s Health Care Practice and co-chair of the Health Care Industry Team and Foley Special Counsel Jill Wright will speak at the Health Care Compliance Association’s (HCCA) Boston Regional Conference on Friday, September 8, 2017.

Mr. Vernaglia and Lisa Ohrin Wilson from CMS will deliver a joint presentation titled, “Stark Laws – Case Studies.” Ms. Wright’s presentation is titled “Beneficiary Inducement and Financial Relationships with Patients.”

The HCCA Regional Conferences provide an opportunity to interact with local compliance professionals, share information about individual compliance successes and challenges, and create educational opportunities for compliance professionals to strengthen the industry.
