Foley Partner Nathaniel Lacktman, Chair of the firm’s Telemedicine Industry Team, will present at the CTeL Executive Telehealth Spring Summit 2018 in Washington, DC on June 14, 2018. His presentation is titled, “Not All Parity is Created Equal: Coverage Parity vs Payment Parity.”
The Center for Telehealth and e-Health Law (CTeL) supports health care providers, law firms, associations, universities, insurance companies and venture capital firms that work to overcome legal and regulatory issues related to telehealth. CTeL also offers its members access to research and consulting services through CTeL’s membership benefit packages.
