Foley Partner Monica Chmielewski will be presenting at the Summit on Digital Health Law on July 20, 2018. Her presentation is titled, “Analyzing the Past, Present, and Future of the Telehealth Industry.”
This session will navigate the various state-specific rules and legislation covering telehealth, review pending legislation related to telemedicine prescribing of controlled substances, and provide and understanding contractual issues arising with remote practice of medicine.
