Webinar: Property Assessed Clean Energy Financing: A New Capital Access Opportunity

On August 23, 2018 a distinguished panel introduced the potential of Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing support for energy improvement initiatives by for- and non-profit property owners.
An innovative financing program, PACE allows 100% project financing for qualifying projects, without typical borrowers covenants, and an ability to convey the property without the need to refinance or pay off the financing. The program covered the key requirements found in the 33 states that provide for various forms of PACE financing, and explain its legal and financial dynamics.
