The ABA Criminal Justice Section’s Women in White Collar Subcommittee, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Foley & Lardner LLP will host a timely white collar crime breakfast briefing in Detroit. The morning will begin with a conversation with the new Eastern District of Michigan U.S. Attorney, Matthew J. Schneider, about what you can expect under his leadership. Following the conversation with Attorney General Schneider, a panel of key personnel from the DOJ, SEC, FBI, and the Federal Judiciary will discuss their current enforcement perspectives and priorities.
