On November 7, 2018, David Simon appeared as a guest lecturer, speaking on the topic of “Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Risks and Compliance Strategies in Mergers and Acquisitions” at the Juristenes Utdanningssenter Compliance Group “Annual Course in Education Law,” in Oslo, Norway. The program was offered to school leaders, workers in ministry, company directors, lawyers who have educational requirements, or non-jurists who work with and have experience in the law. Juristenes Utdanningssenter is the Association of Law Society and Jurist Association’s organization for continuing education and competence development.
