FICPA Health Care Industry Conference

Foley Partner Jana Kolarik will be presenting at this year’s Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA) Health Care Industry Conference at the Caribe Royale Resort Suites on April 26, 2019 in Orlando, Florida. Her presentation, “Fair Market Value and Commercial Reasonableness: Stark Law and Regulatory Risks,” is listed as Breakout 20 on the event agenda and begins at 1:00pm EST.

Ms. Kolarik’s presentation will provide an overview of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute with a focus on FMV and commercial reasonableness assessments and related risks.
