Foley Partner Nathaniel Lacktman, Chair of the firm’s Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team, and Of Counsel Emily Wein will present at the CTeL Telehealth Spring Summit 2019 in Washington, DC on June 13-14, 2019. Nate’s presentation is titled, “Non-Physician Telehealth Providers: What You Need to Know,” and Emily’s is titled “Workshop: A Guide to Negotiating Telehealth Service Agreements.”
The Center for Telehealth and e-Health Law (CTeL) supports health care providers, law firms, associations, universities, insurance companies and venture capital firms that work to overcome legal and regulatory issues related to telehealth. CTeL also offers its members access to research and consulting services through CTeL’s membership benefit packages. Summits convene the leading thinkers and innovators in the medical community to grapple with all of the issues surrounding the use of emerging technologies that hold potential to improve the delivery of safe and quality medical care. The Summit’s conference format is deliberately open to encourage attendees to look beyond today and peek into the future.
