S&P Global Platts 21st Annual Financing US Power Conference

Foley Partner Tom Hoffmann, a member of the firm’s Energy Industry Team, will be moderating a panel during Day 2 of this year’s S&P Global Platts Annual Financing US Power Conference on Wednesday, October 23^rd. The panel is titled, “How New Mezzanine and Credit Players are Impacting the Power Markets,” and Tom will be joined by Will Merritt (Corporate Banking Senior, Fifth Third Bank), Matthew DeNichilo (Partner, Energy Capital Partners), Andrew Ellenbogen (Managing Director, Brookfield Asset Management), and Parag Patel (Vice President, Prudential Capital Group). The panel will address the impact new players have on spreads markets, what market conditions are like today in the senior debt markets, and whether senior financing options are growing more conservatively on Loan to Value and leverage levels in new build assets, among many more topics.
