Partner Lisa Glahn will speak at the ABA Forum on Construction Law Leadership Roundtable on May 19, 2020. The webinar, “Where do we go from here? Less In-Person Collaboration? Learning Curve on Tech in Business and Dispute Resolution,” will be held at 4:30 pm ET and will include discussions on how construction stakeholders should prepare for resuming construction in the new normal. Topics planned for the webinar include:

• If safety requires less in-person collaboration, what other changes will the market sectors need to make to get their respective jobs done? 
• What types of claims may arise and how can we best mitigate potential claims now? 
• This session will be forward-looking, not only anticipating risks, but also outlining potential opportunities to improve processes and protocol.
