Foley Partner Kyle Faget, member of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group and the Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team, will be presenting a section of the Food and Drug Law Institute’s “Fundamentals of Digital Health Regulation: Successfully Navigating Your Product Through FDA” virtual event taking place on Tuesday, November 9th. Kyle will be presenting the last section, “What Advertising and Promotion Requirements Apply,” which will describe regulations concerning advertising and promotion of digital health products.
