Ms. Faget will speak on the panel titled “Review CTAs in the Context of Decentralized Trials and Remote Monitoring.” Ms. Faget and Ms. Chmielewski will both speak on the panel titled “Examine Biological Samples Clauses in ICFs and Clinical Trial Agreements.”
The session titled “Review CTAs in the Context of Decentralized Trials and Remote Monitoring” will discuss the challenges of contract language authorizing remote monitoring and assess plans for updating templates for use.
