Nathaniel Lacktman, chair of Foley’s Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team, is speaking at the upcoming 2024 MATRC Summit in a session titled “Morning Plenary: Telehealth Policy Transformation: From the PHE to Beyond 2024.” Lacktman’s presentation will explore the ever-changing telehealth policy landscape and embark on a journey comparing each of the states in the MATRC footprint and dissecting the pivotal shifts in telehealth policy that have shaped telehealth from Pre-PHE to today. Attendees will have the opportunity to gaze into the metaphorical ‘crystal ball’ to try and get some glimpses of what’s likely to come by examining federal and state policy trends and patterns.
Foley is proud to sponsor the MATRC.
