CARES Act – Federal Reserve Main Street Loan Programs

On April 9, 2020, the Federal Reserve announced program information on the main street loan programs under Section 13(3) of the Federal Reserve Act that will leverage the Treasury’s $75 billion equity investment of CARES Act funds with the Federal Reserve’s main street loan programs to provide up to $600 billion in new financing to small and medium-sized businesses.
