Foley attorneys Judith Waltz, Michael Scarano, Lawrence Vernaglia and Philip Kiko and Public Affairs Director Robert Geist authored an article titled “The CBO’s Take On Health Care Reform” in the January 7, 2009 edition of Health Law360. The authors provide their insight into the multiple legislative proposals for reforms in how health care is provided and financed. The authors also examine background reports issued by the Congressional Budget Office in order to provide members of Congress with the tools to analyze the upcoming proposals.
